Knitting
Our facility is equipped with high-speed German circular and flat knitting machines that ensure exceptional fabric quality. Our state-of-the-art machinery accommodates a wide range of yarn types and fabric constructions, offering precise control over gauge and stitch density. We produce a diverse range of fabric types, including Single Jersey, Rib Knit, and Interlock Knit, each tailored for specific applications. We hold our inhouse knitting capacity for 120 Tons per month.

Dyeing
Our dyeing facility employs cutting-edge German technology dyeing machines to deliver exceptional fabric color and quality. We utilize advanced Airflow technology, with low Material to Liquor ratios which ensures vibrant and consistent colors across cotton, polyester, viscose, and blends. Our capabilities include solid dyeing for a uniform finish. Our state-of-the-art processes are designed to enhance color brilliance and fabric performance while maintaining strict sustainability practices and high standards of environmental responsibility.
We have Our dyeing capacity for 32 tons of fabric per day which is equivalent to dyeing approx. 3 million meters per month.
Printing
Our printing facility is equipped with Advanced modern high-tech rotary printing machines that enable us to produce high-quality prints with precision and creativity. We offer a wide range of printing techniques, such as Pigments, Discharge, Reactive & disperse to achieve vibrant designs and intricate patterns. Our capabilities include both small-scale and large-scale production runs, ensuring flexibility and efficiency. We prioritize environmental responsibility by using eco-friendly inks and processes, minimizing waste, and adhering to stringent sustainability standards. Our commitment to quality ensures that every print meets the highest standards of color accuracy and durability.
We have our printing capacity for 12 tons of fabric per day, which is equivalent to dyeing approximately . 1 million metres per month.
Finishing
In our finishing department, we use cutting-edge technology to enhance the texture, appearance, and performance of our fabrics. We offer a range of finishing treatments, including chemical, and specialty finishes, to achieve desired attributes such as softness, durability, and many other functional finishes. Our advanced equipment ensures precise application and consistent results, while our quality control measures guarantee that every fabric meets our high standards. Brushing
Our fabric brushing facility is capable of finishing heavy-weight fleece fabrics of a range between 240 and 440 gsm. We use Lafer double-drum brushing, Italian technology, to brush fabrics, creating a soft, plush finish that enhances comfort and aesthetic appeal. This process not only improves the tactile quality of the fabric but also adds a refined look to various textile applications. Our brushing technology is tailored to handle different fabric types, ensuring consistent results and maintaining the integrity of the material. We prioritize efficiency and sustainability in our operations, focusing on reducing waste and energy consumption while delivering premium, high-quality brushed fabrics.
We have the capacity of Lafer mechanical finishing up to 6 tons of fabric per day, which is equivalent to dye half a million meters approx. per month.
Singeing
Singeing is a critical process where fabric surfaces are passed over a flame or heated to remove protruding fibers and impurities to make smoother and cleaner fabric. This treatment not only enhances the fabric’s smoothness but also improves its appearance and performance. Our state-of-the-art singeing machines are designed for precision, allowing us to achieve a uniform finish across various fabric types. We focus on maintaining efficiency and minimizing environmental impact while delivering impeccably finished fabrics that meet the highest standards of quality.
